The workshop provides supported employment opportunities for over 95 trainees, many of whom have cerebral palsy or multiple disabilities. Through structured work and skill development, trainees build capabilities, confidence, and independence, demonstrating dedication and effort in their craft and contributing meaningfully through their work. Guided by its core values of hope, empowerment, aspiration, respect, and trust, CPAS supports persons with disabilities in working toward fulfilled and dignified lives.
